BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU (ADULTS)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Russellville Martial Arts America is designed to help adults build confidence, strength, and real-world self-defense skills in a supportive, structured environment. Our adult BJJ program focuses on technique, control, and problem-solving, which makes it effective for all fitness levels, not just athletes.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program (Kids & Adults)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Russellville Martial Arts America empowers students with real-world confidence, problem-solving skills, and practical self-defense — all without relying on size or strength. Jiu-Jitsu teaches students how to stay calm under pressure, think strategically, and overcome challenges using leverage, technique, and control. For children, this program is especially powerful because it builds resilience, humility, and confidence while teaching them how to handle difficult situations safely and responsibly. Kids develop focus, patience, and respect, along with the ability to protect themselves without aggression. For adults, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers an incredible mental and physical workout that improves strength, flexibility, endurance, and stress management. More importantly, it builds confidence through mastery and problem-solving, helping students feel capable and grounded both on and off the mat. Our academy fosters a welcoming, ego-free environment where students support one another, grow together, and become part of a strong martial arts family. For students who want to test their skills, sharpen their strategy, and step onto the competition mats fully prepared, our Competition Team training develops technical precision, match awareness, and the mindset needed to perform under pressure. Whether you’re new to tournaments or ready to pursue higher-level events, we guide you every step of the way.
